About Us

P233Q has a student population  with over 560 students, including 147 English Language Learners (ELLs) in grades K-12, ranging in age from 4 to 21 years. Our students attend one of nine sites across the borough of Queens. Seven of these sites are in community schools, and two are located in self-contained buildings. Among the nine sites, three are high schools, three are middle schools, and three are elementary schools. The elementary sites opened in September 2014, 2017, and 2019, respectively. Two of our high schools offer inclusion programs.

We take pride in our diverse student body, which encompasses various class ratios, including 12:1:4, 12:1:1, 6:1:1, 8:1:1, and inclusion settings. Our students have different classifications, such as autism, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, social-emotional disabilities, speech and language impairments, and sensory impairments.
